Product Introduction:

The JNC series high-speed CNC angle steel punching, marking, and cutting production line is primarily constituted by a punching unit, marking unit, cutting unit, transverse conveyor, rotary conveyor, feeding conveyor, unloading conveyor, CNC feeding carriage, hydraulic system, electrical system, and pneumatic system, among other key components. This production line is mainly designed for the automated machining of angle steel within the tower manufacturing industry. The processing workflow is numerically controlled, boasting highly convenient operability. It facilitates automated, high-precision, multi-variety, and mass-scale production capabilities.

Product Features:

1. The punching unit is outfitted with two or three sets, which can be configured with three types of punches of varying diameters. The three sets of punching dies are positioned via numerical control to adjust the spacing. It is capable of punching both round holes and oval holes. Its high feeding and punching speeds optimize production efficiency; for angle steel of 50×50×4mm specification, the output achieves 9–10 tons per eight-hour shift.

2. The marking unit adopts a closed structural design with superior rigidity. It is furnished with four sets of character cassettes, which are selected through program control, and the marking spacing can be set arbitrarily. Furthermore, a disc-type marking method is offered as an optional configuration. The disc marking system comprises 10 rows of characters and enables automatic character selection without the need for manual intervention, thereby substantially enhancing marking efficiency.

3. The cutting unit adopts a single-blade shearing mechanism, a structural design renowned for its robust shearing force. Each cutting cycle produces no waste material, while the cut surface maintains exceptional neatness and smoothness. The blade housing is equipped with an open-door configuration, enabling rapid and safe blade replacement procedures.

4. The horizontal material table transports angle steel to the rotary material rack. Driven by a motor and a reducer assembly, the rotary material rack facilitates the stable placement of angle steel onto the feeding conveyor.

5. The workpiece is clamped and fed by the CNC feeding carriage, which delivers superior positioning accuracy. The CNC feeding carriage is actuated by a servo motor, integrated with photoelectric encoder feedback and closed-loop control functionality.
